does anyone have any answers to fixing this ridiculously frustrating problem. I hate driving my car cos when I have to fill up with fuel it clicks almost every litre I put in sometimes even more often........I don't think ive had a full tank of fuel in over 12 months cos I just put $20 in at a time

You blokes must be doing something wrong.....

On my BA, and the wife's SX, we've never had a problem filling them up.

I usually keep the nozzle jammed all the way in until it clicks, then remove it about a inch, then continue to fill. Fuel gauge usually reads a smidge over full.

ive tried putting the nozzle in every position possible. does anyone know if the ba's have an issue? otherwise I think the easiest way to fill it is like with the jerry can its a pain but much quicker than standing at the servo having it click 100+ times for a tank of fuel

Mate that isn't normal. It's not looking likely your going to get an answer here.

For me you have a blocked breather or kinked fill line. Go and get it looked at. You can't live with that level of annoyance for long.

^^^^^ +1

Totally agree and I think it would be money well spent if you went to fraud and got them to look at it.

I am sure they would know what the issue is.
