I find certain pumps do it, I have to turn the thing 90° and then it goes in properly :)

I remember someone on here filling the rear cradle etc with expanding foam to quiten down rear end noise and he had accidentally filled the breather hose to the fuel tank and had same issue as u.

Look around the fuel tank from underneath and u should see it.

Yeah that's what mine was :) idiot!

I've since sold the car but it would have been a blocked vent hose that runs up near the rear cradle.

Doesn't matter which servo nozzle you use?

I only ever get bp ultimate but yeh it doesn't matter ive used all different service stations and its always the same. its got me stumped , I pulled out the filler neck today to see if its blocked and it seems to flow water though it fine.

Try the 90° and see how you go. Masking the problem but I only get it on a particular nozzle at one BP. 99% are fine.
