I will need new brake pads (soon) and possibly rotors (maybe in 6 months) and am trying to work out what sizes I need. I tried to measure the rotors - its really hard to get an accurate measurement as the tape goes over the hub and adds length - I tried it from behind the rotor and the best I can say is somewhere between 320-330mm. I don't want to take the caliper off to remove the rotor as I'm sure I'll stuff it up somehow and have to bleed the things. I don't know if this helps but I can see its a PBR caliper and it has "K247-259C7" stamped on top of it. The bottom of the caliper/pad measures 132mm (see crappy paint drawing I did below). I also measured the thickness. It looks as if factory new thickness is 28.0mm, my verniers show mine are down to 26.4mm. Is this OK?Can someone please enlighten me - I have read so many threads on this and other forums all with differing info...

The brakes are the same as any other BFII xr6t, as the premium upgrade was only available on the BA. It uses the same brakes on the territory. I used DBA rotors 4000 series slotted (DBA42107SL, & SR), and the front pads are HPX QBE1473. I got them from race brakes in Wetherill Park.By the way, the rotors I took of the car, last used by the police, where the 4000 series DBAs as well, and were well below the 26mm minimum. Early BFIIs came with a 322mm front with a 328mm vented rear. Later models switched to a 322mm front with a 303mm solid rear. And I thought a later model would be better :(Regarding the thickness - minimum thickness should be stamped on the disc somewhere - but they look pretty shot. Time for an upgrade maybe?
