Maybe start saying <100 octaneI wouldnt say e85 is pump fuel just yet, ANDRA sites the scarcity as a reason why it doesnt accept it as a fuel (although there are other political arguments). Later this year or early next year as caltex rolls it out to more sites so you can fill up at more than 1 or 2 servos in a state then it'll be a proper pump fuel.
