Roosters,

2 Questions:

Was it a highway patrol car with a radar ?

Did you give the cops any attitude ?

If you answer yes to any of the above, then pay the fine, do the time.

However if you said no to both, then I would elect to go to court if I was you.

Highway Patrol cars have ICV (in car video) and record all the events that take place, however most general duty cars so not have ICV, so it is there word against yours.

You may get some charges dismissed and/or the fines reduced and hopefully keep your license.

What colour is your car rooster?

Well that depends on the time of day, sometimes its gay taxi cab yellow, sometimes its beer vomit orange.

Dont even get me started about the stripes.

If you want to do something like that confidently you really need a 10 sec Quarter car with good brakes and sticky race compound tyres, know the area and have a good head start. Then I would think you could disappear quite easily. But I would think that you would have to backtrack a bit, otherwise you run the risk of bumping into the pursuit car if you continue into the original general direction. A big Falcon would not be the car of my choice.

But for 10 to 20kmh over the why worry, I think the worry should start when you are about 100kph over the limit

Mine is octane as well. Well until the sun goes down and it becomes yellow :spoton:

Either way it's not really a colour that blends in to traffic a few corners later.

I didn't give them lip..or be a smart arse....They asked me all these questions I couldn't or wouldn't answer.....Thought I needed time to think about it...They knew clearly what I was trying to do...Had a smile on my face when they asked me who's house this was...Fark if I know...Really didn't say much to them at all.....

Thinking about it today...I made one mistake..I shouldn't of stopped...had a few hundred meters on them...couple more turns I think ..would of been free...But the new law was in the back of my head...Won't try it again anyway....

will seek legal advice ...

No kids in the car.....
