Getting excited now. Just managed to drill some plastic. Therefore I may have 2 video cameras running. Battery only lasts 2.5 though. So some of the way only one camera working.

The view from the front grill looks awesome. I am curious as to how it will view looking backwards.

Anyone any good at video editing?

BA55Y, both times when I have been up I kept up with the lot of them and even led the way on one of them.

Not only did I not have any problems, except nearly falling off the cliff at the hairpin, most of the time up everyone is only going at what they feel comfortable with not 100%.

The road is quiet narrow and you have to be careful of the motor bikes coming the other way and the cyclist on the way up.

I would suggest someone with a CB goes first and someone with a CB second and LAST.

Hope you have a fun day.

Cheers

James

Oh and that was an awesome shot ...

:turboboink: but don't remember which one that was Dillz.

Well, weather looks reasonable for Sunday - mostly sunny and 26 deg C.

Looking forward to seeing those different camera angles GR8XR6 :3gears:

Remember boys and girls - if you want to do a bit of catching up and car gazing at the meet point - best to get their with plenty of time as it helps us if we can set off as close to 9am as possible :turboboink:

Yarra Ranges 07.

I remember cause I'd just got the T and I ran an Evo 9 on the way to the first meet and was shocked at how well the T did compared too a car twice it's price.

Thanks everyone - I had a great day :spoton:

Really great group of guys and we were so well behaved - at one stage we had at least 14 cars !!! I hope you guys made it home okay.

I must say we were pretty lucky going up and down Mt Baw Baw - I don't think we had anyone slowing us up ahead of us  That road - it's gotta be one of my favs and it goes for about an hour of glorious twisties up and ummm not long enough on the way down I think :roflmbo:

Hope someone got a pic or vid of my smoking brakes - farrrk never knew my brakes did that. But truly didn't feel my stopping power impeded in anyway - though my right foot was getting a working out from the throbbing ABS :roflmbo:

It was really great to hear the roar of our cars reverberate as we headed up the mountain - awesome sound :omg:

Thanks to bunna for his ummm advice on our cars - much appreciated :spoton:

Mental note - make warning about wasps - PAZZ hope your daughter is okay from that sting - who'd have thought :dontknow:

Am looking forward to any pics and vids you guys post up - should have seen the vid mounting setup GR8XR6 had :beerchug:

I should have some pics up soon as well

Awesome day. One of the best cruises I have been on. Love the twisties. 3gears.gif

You guys missed out not going pakenham way. Myself and evildaifu had a very spirited run until we came across some horse floats.

Thanks again to all for making such a great day and thanks to gary for organising cruise.

I will endeavour to post some pics in the coming days. As to video footage let me know and I'll see what I can organise. There is 32GB to sort through at this stage. roflmbo.gif
