bluprinturbo Donating Members 605 Member For: 16y 10m 1d Gender: Male Location: brisbane Posted 25/03/10 02:19 PM Share Posted 25/03/10 02:19 PM good job on the gauge mate. as tab said ,the side airbag is in the seat so no worries there. if it were in the pillar then the pillar trim alone would be a danger.lol. also good point made by t-freak about the cabbies, but you know cabbies, they can do anything. we had one pull up in front of us on the gateway with his hazzards on, no road shoulder to speak of because a guy walking had waived him down due to running out of fuel further back. the worst part about it was the semi bellowing smoke out his tyres while trying to keep it straight without killing anyone! the second worst part was the cops knocking on my door at home that evening asking me to join them for a trip to the station. the reason for that was because I had my pshycotic islander rugby team-mate with me in the car and he proceeded to exit my vehicle, drag said cabbie out of his, and absolutely mma the f*ck out of him. my rego was remembered, hence the visit from the fuzz. he now has 200 hrs community service and cabbie is a victim. so im not sure if id follow the cabbies monitor mounting locations.lol.
