Not sure why your experiencing different behaviour.

What I did last night was hoped in the car, put the key in and cycled the ignition nine times then I removed the key and bingo the chime is gone. Be interesting to see if it disables the low fuel chime as that one comes in handy.

are you turning it right off. I tried going from the reds to aux and no luck

Nah, just put the key in and smoothly go from there to ignition lights (not start) You don't have to do it in micro seconds. Just nine times nice and smooth. Don't know why nine times it's just what it says in the manual to do. Worries me what it might blow flashing on and off that many times.

Huge apologies guys, I didn't realise that there is quite a long delay on the chime the first time you release the seat belt in short the nine times thing doesn't work as it will get reset the next time the car is started SORRY :surrenderwave::surrenderwave::surrenderwave:

Yeh I thought that it was always off the first time. But then it was only 50m further and it chimed again. So it is a toss up as to whether it's worth it. I guess it depends on how many gates you have to go through. Back to stealing a buckle out of a taxi roflmbo.gif
