theres a plug on the bottom of the seatbelt clip,, cant you just unplug that so it shuts up?

Ok. I thought this had been answered before.

Anywho, yes you can easily turn off the seat belt alarm on a FG yourself. I do it a lot as I have to go through a few gates, and it's a PITA unbucking all the time.

So if you want to turn it off you have to turn the ignition on and off nine times in succession. It's that simple. It does not do anything to indicate you have shut it down either. The seat belt light will still stay on, but no chime. Nice.

Yes it does.

I did the nine times ignition cycle last night, started the car this morning and left the seat belt off and no chime :beerchug:

Noooooooooooooooo really? mine doesn't. If I take the keys out it has to be done again. Or am I resetting it the next time I get in and do it. Bugger.
