Took X-over unit off and took it from there.Only one problem. The new screws / bolts are too soft. The head of one came off when screwing it back in. Got it out by using a vice-crip. The older ones as mentioned fail on a very regular basis. Had another one in today going into guard mode due to a f*cked tps. There is actually a Ford TSB for them failing on the early BAs. SUPER HAPPY.When cold it idles at 1200rpm, when hot at 750rpm. Before I changed the TPS it used to idle when hot at 750rpm but did not hold 750rpm. It was like VVVV.... When I pulled up at a set of traffic lights it used to dip so low it would stop some times.
