I oiled it with some silicon oil and it stopped the noise for about one week but I have noticed it has return. Does anyone know what other oil I could use on it to make it quiet again or should I look at purchasing a new fan.I found this catalogue online and it had an aftermarket BA falcon fan so I've email them for a quote. Just wondering if anyone here know's the price of a new fan. I'd prefer to fix the old one if possible but not sure what else I can do but oil it.CheersNial

Its not making any noise at the moment but it took about a week for the noise to come back after I oiled it last time. Hopefully the grease will last a little longer otherwise I might try get some prices from wreckers.
