It's a much lighter viscosity than what was in there, and that shows in the pedal feel. I use the motul on my bikes as I do their oils. ( worked in a bike shop or two )The Motul is a lot dearer from memory oops you said that. Is it that much better ? I thought it's boil point was about the same.
