Got my BA XR6T tuned last week and made 348rwkw on 16psi. Very happy :)

Mods are - XFORCE 4" dump into 3.5" catback exhaust, Intercooler with 3inch coldside pipe ( unsure what brand cooler is ) Rapid 4" intake with airbox, Valve springs, Siemen Deka 60Lbs, Walbro pump, 14psi actuator.

Has a built 3 speed ( C9 ) with 3000RPM TCE Converter.

I'll try get pics up soon :)

Hey George.

I thought your Orange BA went bye bye???

Nice result. I'm guessing Springy Danny tuned it?

Seems that so many people are cashed up and ready to dish out for a new motor by the way lots of you are running around with ~350rwkw on a stock BA bottom end..

Is this the case? Or are you just hoping it wont go bang?

Why would you spend money when you dont have to?

If it doesnt go bang, you have just saved yourself lots of coin.

If it does, too bad, at least now you know you had to build it.

if if if.. doesnt really answer my question 2jz.

Its not exactly a quick fix or a cheap one.

people can do what they like, guess im just pretty cautious.

from what ive read its not really a matter of 'if itll happen' its more of a 'when itll happen'

Its not exactly a quick fix or a cheap one.

actually it is. second hand ba bottom end, good rods and build- 5k all up.

or brand spanker fg f6 bottom end 3k or so, then the same treatment to it- 6k.

with what we spend making our cars go fast, its not too bad. I hope mine goes soon so I can bite the bullet and and go for 400rwkw+...
