Id say do a national park run, entry sutherland come out stanwell tops drive along coast road all the way to fairy meadow then through the gong, come back on princes hwy

I do that track all the time and its a awesome drive

could even do a quick stop at stanwell tops to have a look over the cliff just before Lady Wakehurst Drive

sometimes there are hang gliders there

the cruise idea sounds good. what about instead of comming back up the princes hwy why not cut across through macquarie pass then up the hume.

can always stop at the pie shop along macquarie pass.
