Failure to abide by these rules will ensure you are not invited to future events held by FordXR6Turbo.com.The reasons for these rules are: • Safety - We don't want to put any of our members, and the general public in any danger. • Public Perception - We do not want the Ford XR6 Turbo community to face the same ridicule and stereotypes other car communities face. The rules are simple: • Obey all laws whilst on the cruise; this means no speeding, no overtaking over double lines etc... Any breaches will be reported to the local police. • There is a designated cruise leader who will lead the way and set the correct pace for all cruise members. • Use the Buddy system; always make sure you can see the car behind you. This will give people behind you an indication on where to turn and to make sure nobody gets lost or left behind. • CB Radios; if you don't have one, follow the maps and directions given out. If you do have one, please limit chatter during the twisty parts of the cruise. This will allow the cruise leader to relay information about road conditions, upcoming obstacles, etc. efficiently. IF YOU READ THIS FAR COME AND SEE ME ON THE CRUISE FOR A PRIZE• By attending this cruise you agree not to hold FordXR6Turbo.com, its Administrators, Moderators, Cruise Organisers, or Owners responsible/liable for any damage and/or grief sustained (simply; if you stuff up it's your fault, not ours). If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask before the cruise.all yours Steve D Edited 23/02/10 01:21 PM by lil_bodes

Hey everyone, a cruise is overdue!A BBQ will be good to catch up and meet those you haven't met already. I won't buy your food BYO munchies - distance of cruise is about 100ks/couple hours so plan your eskies accordingly. We will have a brief stop at a bakery half way in case you forget food. Some nice scenery along the way (also opportunity to stop at a nice lookout point - but it's gravel road for 200m to get in/out so not sure we'll be keen. Discuss on the day). The last stop is at a nice BBQ area in the hills. It's $10 to enter per car - I don't know if the BBQs are free as I haven't used them yet BYO meat or other food to cook up. Let's hope it's not ultra busy. If you aren't keen for a meal and chat to finish off no worries, I'll include exit directions. If you're REALLY tight you can park up the road and walk down to avoid the entry fee but my girlfriend will think less of you hahaha. Also there may be a ranger about , but I'm only guessing.Meet point so far:Parking lots on Colstoun Rd in Ashfield, just off Guildford Rd. Hopefully the sports oval one further south east isn't locked - looks ok on google streets. Also hope to avoid any sports teams packing it out on Sunday. I'll get there early to check it out, mobile numbers would be handy to help update you at the last minute. PM me if you like.GOOGLE MAPS LINKIf anyone wants to suggest a better meet point around the area, feel free! This is only what I came up with at short notice and I don't know the area (ie if the spots are busy on a sunday). There's the IGA parking lot as emergency overflow if we need it too.Time wise...let's say high noon? Flexible with that, if you'd like a later time let us know. That's about it for now I think? Better get some sleep, bloody forums. PS :spoton: :turboboink: Edited 23/02/10 04:09 PM by -SteveR-

Might be fenced off as it's attached to a clubhouse. We'll see. If anyone can cruise by it on a sunday and let us know if it's open that'd be great!
