10" rims fit fine. ive got 285/35 19" semi slicks on mine and they dont fit lipped guards with super lows...getting them pumped out when I get the car back..offsets perfect, about 5mm clearance on the inside, but youd need to use a smaller profile tyre to get them under standard guards I think

315 is a bit too wide for a 10in, maybe 10.5 though... I had 295 on 9.5s which worked well but there was some noticable sidewall flex.

You wont get 315s in a BA wihout getting serious... I had the guards rolled and pumped to fit the 295s, just fitted.

315s will fit on an FG with a roll and pump... so time for an FG Alf.

Deep dish on rims is what makes them look so good. But changing the offset and pumping the rims right out surely has gotta take it's toll on the wheel bearings.

Im planning on running 245/35R18 on the front with a 18X8.5 +30 and on the rear a 275/30R18 on a 18X9.5+38. Does that sound right, and if I cant get the +30 and 38 would 32 and 37 be alright?

Now with the tyres profile I have been doing the numbers and figured out with a 35 front and 30 rear I have a .3 inch larger rear tyre in diameter and with a combination of 40 front and 35 rear it will be .1 inch difference. So with the difference size in tyres is .3 allowable or is it a problem for the computer stuff that sensors the wheel speed as there will be a slight difference between front and rear. I figure it shouldnt be a problem as when ya rear wear out faster that will cause a slight error too? Any thoughts or actual knowledge about this would be awesome.

the +30 should be fine, ive run 18x9 +30 at the front with no issues.

the rears should be easy fit as well, ramon with F6F has run 19x10s on his BF with +40 offset, so yours will fit.

32 and 37 would be fine too.

Yeah I would love a FG Chris but you know how it is with the manager of funds and finance stopping all spending!

Thanks everyone for your help. Has anyone had their gaurds pumped and how much? Do you think the rear wheel bearings would be under more stress?

A nice 295 surrounding a black deap dish rim under the rear would look awesome. May solve some traction issues also!

Cheers Alf
