I've heard the cat is the big restriction first off exhaust wise. I plan to do high flow cat, injectors, bolt on the nizpro cooler and custom tune to bust 300. Hoping for mid to low 12's easily (2007 BF2, ZF 6 speed). :spit:

Definately go the intercooler first, since you already got a big cat, which is what holds back power the most in the exhaust system.

Well guys I cant wait as my new V3 Rapid systems intercooler kit will be installed tomorrow so the results should be good. Any bids hahaha I'll keep everyone posted.
