Guest 56Mainline Guests Posted 03/10/03 12:54 PM Share Posted 03/10/03 12:54 PM Quote Replacement cost is $97Cheaper alternative is no longer available. Repco doesntstock it anymore.C"heaper alternative" really was exactly the same product (Hella Comet 200 fog or driving light insert), the "cheaper" bit is a supplier other than Ford!Repco use to supply Hella products, but apparently they had a falling out.Try other Hella retailers or other spares/motor accessory retailers for less expansive supply.Part numbers for the Hella inserts are described in the thread link provided by Falchoon above. It's always worth and ask. You may find that an you'll be able to get them replaced with new Hella units for less than the Ford price and not even have to hassle about with DIY.. Just a thought. Either way I'm goingt o have to log those numebrs into a DB somewhere so I don't loose them Aaron Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/6624-how-are-your-foggies-holding-up/page/3/#findComment-54840 Share on other sites
