Is that an informed observation or your own? Does it detract from the operation/performance of the cooler?

I havnt noticed this myself, Are you refering to the welding? Some more info would be good to back up your comment

If the above is the case, then it would only make a difference to judges if you were showing your car in a competition with the bumperbar removed so you could actually see the cooler....Or if you drove around with a mirror attached to the front of your chassis, again with the bumper removed

have a look at the plazmaman range of coolers. you said you dont mind paying for a quality product. give alex a call on 97251728.

I can personally reccomend the 800hp kit, works well for my application not too big not too small.

also do some reaserch on intercooler theory on google and make an educated decision, do u want tube and fin or bar and plate, if u are doing track work you want to look at recovery rates weight heat soak and pressure drop, pipe size pipe/location fitting and after sales support.

make up your own mind rather than just going with what somone has told you.

that's just a monza type , ok for mid to high 200's not much good after that.

and yes process west make the best cooler in my opinion :stirthepot:
