The th400 is a strong box and good for 1000 hp they can fit extra clutch packs through a 10 inch drum but in the states they have just started machining some cnc parts for them. Then there are boxes like the pro-flite which is based on a mopar 727 torquefite everything in this box is cnc ed and fits with a custom adapter but this wont give u much change from 15 k .unfortunately the best option for big hp is the powerglide yet primitive but bulletproof as they make everything aftermarket for them .
