As I said in a prevous post the Laser Wash is great.

What I forgot to say that I use it to MAINTAIN the presentation of the car. When it is really dirty I use bucket, soap an sponge.

The Laser Wash is there to maintain the hard work of manually washing the car. That's when it becomes good value!

Yes, no washing cars at home, takes the fun away from the loving caressing of the long lengths of smooth exterior....

And of course the obligatory wetting of each other, the flying soap suds, the misplaces sponges......

*sigh*

I shall miss it all....

However, there is still the buffing!

I shall leave that to your imagination!

*wink*

Oh, Miss Kitty ... you just make an old man very happy!:nod::thumbsup:

I aim to please Ken!

And I agree with plonky... Laserwash is great when a hectic lifestyle (television commercial "I just don't know really" in that tone of voice, LOL) means you can't give the beast the attention it deserves.

I just can't drive around in a dirty car......

water restrictions *raspberry* I'm sure that many people will be joining me with sneaky ways to enjoy the soap experience!

Membership to the Soap Club will now commence, the sudsier the better *nudge nudge wink wink*

I had a quick chat to the lady at Narellan which came to an abrupt end when she informs me that I must use their cleaning products, shampoo, etc. Can't use my because of EPA regulations.

Think she's full of sh!t dude.

Same as Ian, on the Goldie we've had restrictions for ages and I've been taking mine to a laserwash here with good results. Obviously your car can't be covered in mud and cr@p otherwise yes it will leave some on there, however providing your ride already has good wax or protection on it, then depending on the type of laserwash you get, your car should come out looking pretty schmich and just need a quick chamouise (?)

Where I go to, after the wash the car also gets a blow........dry.

This gets rid of most water.

Also prior to goining in, a bloke does the windscreen with a squigee and wheels with a cleaner and soft brush.

I'm pretty fanatical about my ride, so to say I'm happy afterwards is a big statement.

Would never go through one of those scratch and go's...

Is it just me, or does this signature image make it incredibly hard ... to read the posts.

It takes me forever to get through a thread that has posts from Miss Kitty.

It's a bloke thing, that bouncy bouncy movement does distract ones attention. I'm just waiting for Ms Kitty to update her profile with a pic opf herself....

All I can say is that I would hope you are fully waxed Silverhawke, otherwise that tape removal could be *ahem* interesting......

Unless you are actually wearing something under the trench coat, and where's the fun in that?

And I'm all for keeping you all lithe and flexible.... imagination wise!

Mental gymnastics can be a LOT of fun!

We all know it's a game, so join in the fun everyone, the more the merrier!

:D

This thread gets more interesting by the minute. Next thing you know they'll be inviting you to one of their HgAg meetings, and we've all heard the stories about what goes on there... <_<

Oh, and I have never used Laser wash, or one of those crappy service station washing places. I prefer the personal touch (although I will admit to going to Car Lovers once with a previous car).
