Maybe you didn't leave enough milk and cookies over xmas for them.....

Leave them a nice note telling them you thank them for looking out for the safety of the street and that you'll be making note of everyone elses activities, including them, to ensure the safety of the street from now on.....

Usually if people are aware they are being watched they tend to leave other people alone.

You being 20 years old I have very little doubt about your neighbours claim. You may think you are not driving fast but the reality is that you ARE so slow down.

At age 20 I was also a bit thick in understanding what appropriate speed is but my advice is listen to your neighbours. It could save a childs life.

I have two kids and any lunatic young driver in my area gets followed and spoken to. Girls in their 4cyl Hyundais can be just as bad.

Dont worry, we were all young and dumb at some time. As long as you can learn to take the right advice things should work out better for you.
