Basically the higher the number, the more cells (squares) there are inside the cat, this restricting the airflow even more.A gutted cat, in theory, would be 0 cpi (cells per inch) which would be the ultimate flowing cat I guess.The highest flowing cat that I know of so far, and which I have installed, is a 100 cpi cat.
