So I've broken 3 walbro 341 pumps in around 500 or 600k since its been tuned... They are all from difference dealers. This fuel pump from australia is about $850 will go see them tomorrow and get it swapped out

Is there anything that could be causing the pumps to fail??

I'll take it into my tuner tomorrow. I can still drive it except it has abit of a miss at 1800rpm and it leans out on boost. I'll let you know how I get on.. :drivingalong:

That sounds like a real head F*%K mate..Hang in there, its not worth going to a V8...$850 for a fuel pump is a bit steep..It would want to be gold plated for those kind of $$$..Hope it all works out mate... :drivingalong:

I just don't get it... your running about the same power as me with the same pump without any problems :welcome2::bangcomputer: :bangcomputer: :bangcomputer: :bangcomputer:

One suggestion was does the fuel tank have a breather or something on it?? If its blocked it would be creating a vacumn and making the pump be unable to suck fuel??

Ok so now I'm getting REALLY f***n ANGRY. New fuel pump is in slight misfire at 1800rpm has gone and its running abit smoother on causual driving. BUT on WOT its missing and definately not making 310kw. We checked for fault codes, Checked spark plugs (all 6 brand new NGKs) Checked coils no issues there. Anyone got any ideas where to from here??

I could be wrong but thought I read something about NGK plugs having issues in these sometimes. Someone else might be able to shed some light on it.
