So I'm stil having problems with this f***n car getting pretty close to reverting it back to stock selling the f***n thing and buying a v8.

Now when ever the car comes under load it starts to struggle cough and splutter - also seems that the turbo is spooling up faster.

My guess is either the cat has collapsed or I've done another fuel pump??

Anyone got any other ideas??

all coils are the same mate whether it be for XT, futura, fairmont, XR6 or XR6T. There's quite a few floating around on ebay, I bought a set nearly 12months ago for $180 delivered. They "looked" genuine and are still running fine now.

Cheers,

Ben

when I had the same problem your describing I just bought 1 coil for $40 and swapped it out and test drove after each swap. got to no.5 and bingo. so basically 1 coil can totally f*ck our cars. I replaced the rest anyway just to be sure. as for your cat, id just get rid of it and have your tune touched up.good luck with it mate.
