It's alright. I'll just go stab people, rob houses, and hold up stores and get off on bail and a suspended sentance, sh*t I might even get a year or two in jail.

God forbid I get into a police chase though.. 3 years in jail.. farrrk

The true hard core bad guys will try and get away with it. And most likely will.

The Porsicutor and maybe the Beak will be pushing so hard to nail the guy that they will bargain on that.

But poor idiot will do time and have his life and maybe career changed for life.

Not to forget his choice of sexual preference.
