2 x tweeters in the A-pillars

4 x 2-way speakers (front doors & parcel shelf)

1 x sub on parcel shelf

1 x amp for sub only

...and colour screen

If it's fitted with dual-zone climate control you get trip meter on the colour screen and the clock is a separate analogue clock mounted on top of the ICC.

Thanks for the info, will the premium sound 'bolt" directly into my XR6T BA Mk 1 2003 with standard sound, as we have purchased a "write off" BA mk2 XR6T with premium sound & want to swap over, appreciate any information

Physically yeah, but I believe you have to get the BCM reprogrammed or something to make a different ICC work. You'll also obviously have to install different a-pillar trims and mount the sub and amp (factory location is in the boot) if you're going the whole way with it.

Hopefully one of the experts will be along shortly to clarify :spoton:

I've got the 'premium' sound with the colour screen, sub etc but no tweeters on the A pillars. Anyone else have this not quite premium set up?

It is only marginally better then standard. Money would be better spent on an aftermarket system

I assume it will connect to the factory loom.. I wouldnt see FORD putting in a whole new loom when someone asked for the "premium sound" option,, so the plugs should be there
