Ok there's a lota topics in here about valve springs BUT I couldn't find any that had a complete guide with some pics of the different stages or tricky bits. I am keen to change my springs in mt F6 to the Atomic ones and to do the job myself, I have swapped cams and valve springs in XR8's(5.0's) and LS1's before but not in DOHC 6 before. I have an Atomic tool that has been lent to me and a decent tool collection to do the job, however I need to find out some important things like torque settings on all bolts to be removed and reinstalled and hoe to reinstall the cams with out turning my beloved engine in a time bomb of valve and piston destruction. Any help would be great. cheers

ok job done. All went welll except for stripping one cam cap bolt during reassembly. No big deal installed a heli-coil next day and all is well, so far. work shop manual was extremely helpful as well as some last minute tips from Blueboost. I learned alot doing this job (like you need "spline sockets" to undo the cam phasers from the cams!)
