just picked it up friday, not a bad car, I hope it really loosens up when it has a few km on he clock feels pretty sow at low speeds atm, but goes well above 80km/h

tint getting done in a few days and tossing up with lowering, as I was going to keep it stock std but the firm ride (compared to his brother the soarer) has made me change my mind now so im tossing up between pedders or king springs, but I rally want to keep the comfort and smooth ride, couldnt care less about handling

id also love to do something about the sh*tty radio, how hardis it to run an aftermarket amp?

btw the soarer is just a V8 and aftermarket airbagged, that's why its a little low

I'll get some good pics when I get time not phone cam ones

I reckon the VIC stamped on his number plate might give something away Nicky..... :nyaah:

:beerchug:

If you aren't fussed about handling then go with whichever spring you can get cheaper, but be aware that cheap is not always a good thing...

price isnt the concern its the ride quality, I havent has a car on just regular lowered springs im many years (all have been stupid low, or like my soarer bagged) and that car was a falcon and it went from super smooth to reasonably firm...

believe it or not I brought this car with the intentions of keeping it as stock as I can, usually I cant help myself... but I'd just like to level it out maybe 15-20mm @ front and bring rear down a tad further, but not wanting it to become any worse in the way it handles small bumps or highway b and c roads

yeah from vic!

I was going to get silver/black interior, but I found the velvet and had to have that... needs a good polish and detail though

:buttrock: Best first post ever!

Definitely get the tint done ASAP...they look like friggin goldfish bowls otherwise.

It's customary that new G6ET owners have to show us a pic of their favourite cardigan too :banghead:

now lowered kings part numbers found here somewhere, also tinted and venetian blind, ohh yeah lol

havent got any cardigans yet, but maybe one day

I'll throw up some pics when I dig out the dslr...

still looking into the stereo upgrade, premium sound my arse LOL, I drove a $12k hyundai rental with a better system, not to mention my soarer with it's cheap system blows the doors off the fords..

no performance mods planned, but I want to run it at the drags I really hope it'll do a very low 13 but I doubt it, dosent feel that fast, but then again I said my magna was a low mid 15 car and it did 14.4s all day long so maybe my butt dyno needs re calibrating, same deal on my bike (now sold) supposed high 11's low 12's out of the box, my butt rated it slower, but it wasnt.... anyway im waiting for a nice day at heathcote, cbf with calder..
