The old under 15Kph and over 15Kph but less than 30Kph got the axe. They made no sense anyway, when they both had 3 points applied to them.Now we have under 10Kph, 10-20kph, 20-30Kph = 4 pts, over 30kph = 5 pts and the big one over 45Kph at 7 pts.They were subtly brought in as a 'fairer system', but they sure hurt during double pts now.I.B.
