Hey guys I really need this car to do 10.9 currently I have 11.2 with 1.8 60footer at 128 mph at 37'c . How am I going to get a 10.9 ?

I have a ZF 6 speed and most boost I can get of the line is 5 pound . I hear some guys are getting 1.6 60 foot times . I am going to get stall converter modified if this helps to get more psi off the line but need any other thoughts?

You should sh!t this in..

Are you stalling to 2,500? I do with my unopened ZF. With ET`s and the right burnout, not too much, just enough, it should take off like an unregestered dog.

Winter is your friend.

Maybe talk to you tuner about torque limits.

I will say this, I didn`t think mine would go that far either, then I clamped to brakes on hard as crap and punched it and whooooa it just went round to 2,500.

I`d love to see your face when you do your first 1.6 60 foot mate its awesome.

Just have some spare cash incase you destroy the tailshaft when u boost it off the startline. Other than that wait till its cooler see what the weather is like in 2 weeks at calder, it might be alot cooler.

Talk to spoolman about launching methods as his f6 does 1.6 60ft, his on here but moreso on fordforums.com.au
