I tyold him to not make promises he know he cannot live up to.The Territory was meant to be 3 weeks and ended up being 6. They have now taken a week longer to fix one of my staffs Honda. The worst they can say is NO.

The HiPSI the pannel beater is <removed> This might sound uptight but I rather not have the car delivered to me becuase of the work I just finished on it (atomic upgrade) and don't trust any one driving it that I don't know....I'm a bit anal about that...lol I even recorded the odo before I left. I'm not really the kind of person to make a fuss of anything but I will be having some kind of words with them. The particular repairer was a recomended repairer by a friend but isn't actually a repairer recomended by my insurance company... maybe this was my first mistake but where I live the prefered repaired is nothing short of complete crap. Hence why I have no faith in any of their repairers. I do have to pay these people excess and I have it in cash so I'm thinking I might only give them a portion of it... I never thought of ringing my insurance company about this, I guess I will see what happens tomorrow... It sucks not having my ute on Australia day lol Hope you all had a good one!Cameron Edited 26/01/10 12:58 PM by Dagabond
