(it sits in the little valley under the plugs)But every so often you get a slight burning/ hot oil smell from itand I wipe it away and its gone again for the next few weeks. Its no big deal doing that but if its an easy fix id rather sort it out also. IBOO57 Member 538 Member For: 16y 10d Posted 20/02/10 10:02 AM Author Share Posted 20/02/10 10:02 AM Ok time for an update....I fixed the oil leaks yesterday.I simply undid the 2 screws that hold the seals in and removed them by sliding a small flat blade screwdriverin behind them.I then put a light coating of Permatex Ultra Blue silicon sealant around the outside of the sealing area and slid the sealsback in and did the bolts back up.I drove it to Sydney and back today and no more oil leaks.Simple fix Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/65411-oil-leak-on-top-of-rocker-cover/#findComment-983876 Share on other sites
