I did have a couple reasons why to turbo mine instead of selling it for an xr6t though1. Slowly built the car up over time so I owe no money on it2. Would only get 12-13k for my car (after months of trying to sell it probably) then would need to fork out 20k for a decent xr6 turbo plus insurance, stamp duty and mods. I'd easily be 10k out of pocket and I'm only an apprentice3. Already have a xr6 turbo rear end fitted (lsd, axles etc) due to problems with the open diff4. You get to learn more about the car and how it all works when you do it yourself5. The sleeper lookdifferent people have different reasons Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/65346-few-questions-about-the-na/page/2/#findComment-1023576 Share on other sites
