Arizona Speed Cameras May

I took a photo of a NSW police officer sound asleep while "monitoring" a speed camera in Lane Cove many years ago.

I felt sorry for the police having to waste countless hours in camera cars. I am glad that NSW does not have any mobile cameras anymore.

Living on the northern beaches I saw the results of the cameras being destroyed. Best thing ever, but now they have 3 cameras at each site.

The speed camera + a video camera to watch the speed camera and a 3rd camera to watch both, usually hidden a in a tree or pole.

The best thing to use is a paintball gun, as it obscures the lense, does not damage the device and can be used from a distance.

Evil F6 is 100% right, we have become a nation of bend overers, managed by a pack of liars quite happy to listen to the likes of idiots such as Harold Scruby if the right lies can be told to justify (in most cases)stealing money from people in the name of saving lives. I was there at the time and the amazing thing was that the major TV stations picked it up and ran with it. Obama's popularity ended within 48 hours and now he's just seen as a laughing stock, its even hard to find an african american who likes him now. I am sitting at Sydney airport right now waiting for Delta 16 to take me back to LA, can't bloody wait.

Got to Florida on Monday night and they are doing the same thing, although a precedent was set by an Arizona Judge ruling that it was unconstitutional to send out a fine via un registered post and now the floodgates have opened.

On another note I rented a 2009 Corvette with an LS3 in it from Hertz, paddle gear change and electronic doo dads every where, no key is needed you have a little electronic fob, starts and turns off via a dash button. It took me a very frustrating half an hour before I read the manual to figure out how to lock it. Method is kill the engine put the fob in your pocket and walk away, when your 20 feet from the car doors lock automatically. Never been a big Chev fan but these things go from 0 to 130mph real fast and handle like their on rails. The only real negative is that you can't put a packet of sandwichs in the boot its so bloody small. Pity they cost so much in Aus.
