Really cant afford to lose my licence or car. Obviosuly still being a dickhead but there is a big difference between 140/100 zone and 160/60 zone... I do not for one moment disagree with that.From personal experience though I can categorically say that I and many others have been in a similar scenario in my younger days, and had something have gone wrong (I.e. pothole, blown tyre etc.) then I wouldn't be here today to tell the story. Ain't that the truth, I shudder when I think of some of the things I've gotten away with in my youth that could easily have resulted in a similar headline to the above. For all those who struggle to think of gifts for their kids on birthdays, Xmas etc.... May I suggest a defensive/advanced driver course... My girls are 33 and 26 and I consider the 800 odd bucks it cost for them both to be money well spent. Oh'...and Dags...yes you may be correct.
