I turned the unit on/off several times but got the same screen message. I removed the disc ( see pic below ) and cleaned it with a dvd cleaning kit( $37 ). The disc looked fine when I removed it but it looked brand new after I cleaned it. I reinserted the disc..................no change, the message is still the same.Have removed and cleaned the disc several times but no go.... the same message.Please, no comments about buying a TOM TOM or NAVMAN or *****.I like my car for what it is and would prefer the O.E.M gear fitted.Any ideas or suggestions.Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't know what brand the ford one is but if you can find out, google their phone number and then ring them and ask who their repair agents are.
