Wow, best pics I have seen of the new cars yet! (even beter than FPV site!)

And how did ya get a pre production ride (has the tell tell metal tag on front number plate)??

I have not been a real FPV fan of late, prefering the XR, but I do belive I have felt some movement! Lucky I live in cairns, no FPV dealer so I should be able to resist temtation for a while.............

Soooooo.. what an amzing car... About time hey..

I feel sorry for 2 groups of people right now

1: People shelling out almost 100k for a new GTS

2: Anyone who owns a current GT, sorry Zap..

You would think with a tune and maybe new pipes you would have a serious daily driver for next to nothing..

Its definitely a winner with me I would love to have one as a sedan and keep my ute of course. But that sc cough on the gear changes when really going is awesome. I hope they do a staggered tyre fitment it would look mean with wider rears.

That car isn't pre-production - its fully saleable and will be onsold via the usual methods for ford lease units. The brass tag actually just means its a ford company car.

Ford haven't built a pre-production unit for months! They all got, cough, errrm, tested thoroughly :icon_ford:

have they used the locking fuel cap on this one ????

Reading the Falcon owners manual today, I note that falcons come with locking fuel flaps, they lock when you lock the car and unlock when you unlock the car. This is even better than having a switch, level or manual lock as you don't have to do anything, when you car is locked, so is your fuel.

Yeah but they're a pseudo lock, it's only a plastic cover over the filler. Nothing a screw driver wouldnt fix if they really wanted your fuel.... :dontknow:
