Obviously things didn't go to plan. you'll see it officially at Sydney Motor now I'd say!

Got a verbal, onsale date - October 25th. Can sell beforehand. No word on XR8's yet. GT will be a 5k increase, there will be an entry level FPV below the GT.

Minimum 5K can be expected across the board, expect maybe a little more the hi-po intercooled version due to extra hardware etc. Substantial increase now approaching levels that a likely a little too high. I hope FPV bring other significant advancements other than the engine to help justify increase.

Don't hold your breath for XR8 and entry level FPV under GT was a given considering introduction of GS last year.

You're gunna get raped for quoting me and not using fast reply :P

But on topic, that's the general consensus around here too. A 5k increase for just a motor is a bit steep in the publics eyes. New stripe packages won't cut it either. Needs to be something else...

Yeha, my view is they will continue on with the GS nameplate.

Because it's ridiculous quoting a post directly above....If it was two or more posts above it makes it relevant to tie the two together but there's no need to blow the flow of a thread just because the buttons there...
