Interesting idea...final falcon as we know it, goes out with a bang with a mega powered (and tyred hopefully) GT-something. That'd be worth a bit! I'd like the final I6Turbo FPV too...

Top Gear Oz mag quotes the new V8 as doing a sub 5sec 0-100, but aren't any more specific than that.

2011 FPV GS Launched In Australia

Ford Australia has today announced availability of the 2011 FPV GS sedan and ute, powered by the company's new 'Miami' supercharged 5.0 litre V8. The new engine sees out the long-serving 5.4 litre 'Boss' V8.

Entering as FPV's first-ever supercharged engine and based on Ford's global 'Coyote' V8, the Miami is made up of components sourced both from Ford US and from local suppliers, including a Harrop supercharger.
