Still can't see how they can SC a car to come up with only an extra 8kW. Sure torque rise is better, but please, and then to have a "hi output" version making another 20kW. How does a SC 5l V8 only make 10Nm more than turbo 4L 6? Bizarre and conservative.

When can we expect actual sheet metal changes to the FG? I still can't believe they look exactly the same. I mean give us 275's on the back, new rims, elegant vented bonnet ala Jag XFR/XKR, something to make them look like new models.

Will the uprated ZF clutch packs fit in previous ZF?

Does an F6 make 310?

Show me another manufacturer other than Ford Australia (FPV) that provide an OEM supercharged solution for the price these are going to go for?

The GT is NOT the hi-po version....

I would love a GT as a weekend cruiser. Can anyone tell me what the shift quality is like with the T 6060 compared to the T56? cause I normaly hate manuals but if I buy one of these bad boys,it will be a manual.Providing it shifts better then the early T56.

I drive a T56 to work and back every day, and a T6060 at work every day. The 6060 shift is a lot shorter throw, seems a fair bit notchier as well, but in a good way. You know when its definately in gear.

Already had a miner come in today telling me he gets $12,000 off RRP as soon as they come out..

For future reference. Private/Lease/ABN all evens out with Ford. 99% of the time, average joe can buy a car for the same price as bogan who works out at the mines and leases with SG Fleet/Leaseplan etc.

To all those wanting more power and fatter rubber - you can have them, less your warranty.

As for sheetmetal changes - how about waiting until the FG update. You're dreaming if you think ford and FPV are going to have different sheetmetal.
