Got me a little concerned now. I'm planning a similar thing but utilising an FG cross pipe & Turbosmart kompact 32mm recirc. If it's too tight it won't be opening up properly or won't respond quick enough. Also they can seize up a bit, give it a clean and a bit of oil and should be sweet.
