If not please give me a quick rundown.Cheers guys!

I dunno the specs on the amp but im pretty sure it would not be powerfull enough to get the 12" pumping.

We have done plenty like this and while it is only slightly louder than the factory sub it does sound much better and play lower frequencies. If you do want considerably more bass then you will need an amp and woofer matched to each other. $500 will get you something half decent with installation. $700 or $800 would be better if you could hold off a week or two

(dance/trance etc.)?Id look at a good quality 10" system ported - faster response, and 'generally' punchier bass to a 12"... In that price range - JL, Pioneer, Clarion, Boston Sub. With a Amp from one of those runs as well...Might get u hitting a little more then $500 once you include a wiring kit, box (if you are not going to build/design it yourself), box components (filling, ports etc if not already pre-fab), and install... but it will have you smiling from ear to ear and shouldn't be over kill for the rest of the stock system...Amp+Sub - should be 'around' the 650$ I would guess... just depends on how good you can bargin...Ryda, JB Hifi, or your 'good' local car audio store should be able to help you out...Hope this helps!just an idea:bridge amp...Ryda Car Audio - Clarion Car Audio APX2181 Car Amplifier($221.05)sub...Ryda Car Audio - Boston G210-4 10" Subwoofer($277.25)just an idea... remember whatever the subs power requirements are say 200w, make sure the amp is able to powering the sub... so 250w amp...
