Hey guys

Just got the ute back from the shop and I am really happy with the result

I Have just installed my process west stage 3 intercooler With CAI and throttle body relocation

This is on top of bosh green top 42lb injectors, 4" exhaust + walbro pump

Didnt want to push it any further with the stock cottom end

So the final was 371.9 rwkw at 15psi

Suspension is next

Na mate havent touched the turbo, my tuner told me I dont need to spend my money on changing the actuator as the boost is controlled by the ecu, and as the chart shows it is looking ok... havent worried about porting yet either as it dosent seem to be a issue yet

Looking at your dyno charts, its impossible for your turbo to hold boost the way it is at that power level without having boost leak.

These 35/40 turbos are internally gated and cannot handle big boost levels even when ported.

It seems to me like your turbo has already been moded.

After reading the forum I thought the same thing so I started enquiring at pulse the cost of doing the actuator as it seemed to be the cheaper of the 2 options when I was told I can do it but its a waste of money by joe at pulse.

I did not do any work for the first 100,000 ks as I wanted to use warranty seeing its a work horse. the last 10,000 k I have done all the mods

at 80k ford had to machine the head so im guessing they took the turbo off then but that is the only time it has been taken off. and I dont think they would have changed the actuator or ported it under warranty.

I guess it is possible to leak and maybe they have accomidated for this in the tune. is there any way the chart can show a false reading?

Do you know what duty cycle your injectors are running at?

Would have to be very close to maxxing out - potentially running lean at WOT...?

I was under the impression that the Bosch 42's werent much good for anything over and above 340rwkw?
