Guest EGOXRT Guests Posted 17/01/10 09:28 AM Share Posted 17/01/10 09:28 AM When I have completed the job I will cost it up for you. It will need some custom bits and pieces though, it should be under 1k

Guest EGOXRT Guests Posted 17/01/10 11:42 AM Share Posted 17/01/10 11:42 AM Funny you ask that. The FG throttle body is $160+ and the BA $550+, but you cannot use the FG one, it has a different wiring arrangement and won't communicate with the BA ecu. Power is not the only issue here, I am hoping this manifold will help make the crispness and throttleresponse much better in a BA. I will know by next week. Guest EGOXRT Guests Posted 29/01/10 07:14 AM Share Posted 29/01/10 07:14 AM (edited) I have finished the conversion, at last.. I think it makes the engine bay look 100% better, while still retaining the factory look. The first think I noticed was how much better the car idles, gone are those little weird irregularities. I can't give you much, if any power has been gained until I get it on a dyno, I wont be giving it any curry. The throttle response is miles ahead of what it was before, but that could be because of the shorter pipes, thanks to Kev from PW, the man is a legend So, in a couple of weeks I will report back with a dyno sheet and more detailed impressions.
