Thanks Mal.. I will cost it up as a kit incl adapter and modified water pipe.

I believe Kevin from PW is releasing a billet fuel rail for the FG manifold, which will allot cheaper than the Ford unit. I will speak to him and see what he has coming, and if we can adapt it to use BA/BF injectors.

Time wise, the R&R is about 5hrs for this one,but should come down after this..lol

Development time is another story.

I will repeat it is not for those that are not handy with tools, and you might have to factor in 4 to 5 hrs labour at a workshop.

The other issue will be piping, I made mine up from my original PW stage 2 ones to suit. With all the coolers on the market, I think that is best left up to the individual and the cooler manufacturers.

Anyway I will report back in a few weeks with figures. The car was making 204rwkw untuned with the cooler and cat back, so lets see what difference it has made. I will also be getting it tuned and report back with mods and power also.

To be honest, I do not think so. I will have to find my airbox and take a look.

If you are using aftermarket coolers, forget the standard airbox

location.
