Cost wise I bet there are a lot of blokes glad you're doing the R&D EGOXRT!

It definately flows enough for 600+rwkW as Simon from Extreme has the standard manifold on his car.

Have you looked at how much difference there is between the FG and B series throttle body?

Or did you decide to stay with the B series throttle body for a cost saving?

Funny you ask that. The FG throttle body is $160+ and the BA $550+, but you cannot use the FG

one, it has a different wiring arrangement and won't communicate with the BA ecu.

Power is not the only issue here, I am hoping this manifold will help make the crispness and throttle

response much better in a BA. I will know by next week.

I have finished the conversion, at last.. I think it makes the engine bay look 100% better, while still retaining the factory look.

The first think I noticed was how much better the car idles, gone are those little weird irregularities. I can't give you much, if any power has been gained until I get it on a dyno, I wont be giving it any curry. The throttle response is miles ahead of what it was before, but that could be because of the shorter pipes, thanks to Kev from PW, the man is a legend

So, in a couple of weeks I will report back with a dyno sheet and more detailed impressions.

Well done buddy, many wouldnt realise how many hours you have burned, just to get a simple LOOKING conversion to the driveable stage.. all respect to you for making it possible. Im super impressed and cant wait for a cost breakdown, minus time spent of course.... ha ha ha ha
