long story short, I got the Tein Super Streets, front height is awesome (and can go another inch lower) ... the problem lays in the rear, its at max lowerage. :(

I know when I had custom Koni coilovers made for my EF XR6T, they used an adjustable shock, and put thread etc on it.

so im wondering if its possible to add more travel/thread in the rear shocks, I guess that means resleeving them??

or will lower tein springs help? (ive been told there arent springs to do this, but im just double checking)

heres how it sits, I ideally want another 1" drop on rear

Is this just for looks or performance purposes?

qs

lower for looks of course, I get the car usually balanced out and levelled prior to events. so its not a biggy in terms of correcting for perfomance.

Looking at that polish im going to say looks?

polish? :P I dont use polish, shes a track sh*tter now in retirement (soon to be back into racing). gets mothers californian gold and that's it lol.

I would say no, from what I have seen inside them. But anything is possible. It's not just the sleeve?

You will have about 2 inches of travel left if that.

You will have to dial in so much rebound, your shock will just basically pack up. Not too mention heat issues.

What is your ride hight now, bout 35cm.

They are using mine on the front page of this site. I am running 35.cm ride hight with 1.5 neg. And I have 2.5cm left to wind down on mine as you can see in the pic's. Also my 3/4 bumps are just touching as it is.

So for mine 33cm would be as low as I would go with the Teins.

Maybe 20" rims is what you need to fill the guards. Sorry if they are. FG's guards are hard to fill lol

Wish we were ADR'd with 20x35'sbeerchug.gif

Ask Pat he will know

Ps sweet ride

Pps Lower springs is not the go with the damper you have.
