Guest XR09 Guests Posted 31/12/09 12:51 AM Share Posted 31/12/09 12:51 AM Also depends on the accual measured width of the tyre, I've had some 275/30s that have been alot wider, than other brand 275/30s on the same rim.I have Nexen 265/30 on 8.5inch rims on the front, the side walls pull in a little... and 295/30s on 9.5s on the rear, they are also pulled in a touch.I had 255 nexen's on the front. They are not a bad tire once they get warm. Not much turn in on them. And I chewed a chunk out of the side wall hitting the curbs.I replaced them with Pilots 245 on my 8.5's and kept the 275 nexens on the back on my 9.5's. Nicely balanced combo and cheap to replace the rears. 295's sat about 1cm outside the guards on my fg with the rims I have
