I know the truth hurts, but this one was a pearler that no one will believe. Try a photo next time for some credibility.

But you're WRONG.

End of story.

What little credibility YOU had in my eyes just got flushed down the toilet with that comment..

Saw a green one cruising along Spit rd, Mosmon last Saturday night. You can spot the little lights mounted around the number plate, and the 3 different aerials mounted on the back window. Spotted a g6e Turbo in city other day with 2 detectives in it, was pretty surprising.

Oh pleeeese!

Could be a loaner IB? Strange sh*t happens in the Newcastle Sydney Wollongong Police Service. Seen LAC's driving all sorts of flash cars in the past, like Mini's, an Alfa etc.

Pharkit how did you know they were D's? Not having a go at you, just curious.

The only reason I dont believe him is the same question you ask. How would he really know either way? I'm sure he saw 2 blokes wearing suits sitting in a G6ET but to aid his dying popularity he claims there someone there not.

Plenty of ppl dressed in buisness attire driving G6ET's.

Heres another strange but true one.

Last year when I was in townsville comming home at night I saw a black ss ute pulled over.

The funny thing was he had the flashing blue & reds.

Reckon that's baiting people to street race. who would expect a ute.

The thing that made me laugh is what they do if they arrest you? pop the tonneu cover and in you go for a nice little ride :werd:

There are other Gov. agencies out there that use red & blue lights.

And some do have the lights in thier cars whether they are personal or mostly company cars for work reasons. ie rapid responce paramedics, Emergency evacuation response group. Just to name a few that I know,.

Not only civies drive T's to work and back. Think maybe your eating the hook, line & sinker there a bit.

Then again it could be dick's looking for the guy's that steal our pride and joys. How many of you don't have near the money you have put into your car on your insurance.

Like if you had the choice what keys would you grab.

I have also seen a G6ET on the north shore. I had a real close look when I was reverse parking in Kirribilli and held up the PM and his motorcade while I squeezed the GT-E into a tight spot.

There was a White Turbo Territory and a Ego G6ET, both had dash strobes and dark windows, the PM was in the Caprice. They were not happy with me holding them up for 30 seconds.

Could think of plenty of other things to do in that situation Zapper :hmmm:

Feds have a couple of G6ETs up here, don't think the state police are that classy just yet though.

The other thing to consider as well is cops usually drive their own vehicles to and from work in uniform. Have a mate that's a cop and reckons it's hilarious watching people notice the blue shirt (whilst driving his own car) then suddenly start behaving. Lazy bastard sits behind a desk all day though and probably has forgotten how to pull someone over for a traffic infringement!

Seems from my observations todate that the general duties weapon of choice up here are Camry's farkinspit.gif
